Google Dance or Not?

Hello All,

I recently started building about 10 links a day to a new site and it was on page 3-4 for a couple of keywords (sites about two weeks old) and then it bounced out of ranks altogether. Do you think it's just a dance, or a penalty? I'm thinking just a dance because it's new, but I'd like your input.

Yes, it's just google dance. A lot of members here opening some threads reported about this issues.

It's just a dance. Your site is fairly new and there's new links being thrown at the site at a daily basis. So you're going to see some bouncing around for a couple weeks.

It's a just a dance. Google usually gives like a grace period for new sites. It is probably just too soon for a result. Work on improving the quality of the site both onpage and offpage for better user experience and keep the link velocity by building quality backlinks slowly.

Looks to me like the normal dance for new sites.. give it some time to mature in the listings and rankings will normalize..

New sites sometime receive some ranking boost for a while. Continue to work on your content and linkbuilding.

My Advice don't use Anchor link that much or don't use it at all .. use naked links with SEO title on the source page thats all and see how it goes .

Google dance is temporary. If your on page optimization is well done and you are continuously trying to improve your offsite optimization by building quality links, your rankings should dance a lot less.

Stay calm.. Your site must be dancing since it's a new website. Just focus on building quality backlinks..
