Hey BHW,
I am new in this SEO world and trying to rank my 1st Website.
My Niche is on quotes, quotes in Hindi ( I am from India ).

1 month before one of my pages is nowhere:):) in SERP and then it suddenly started ranking on the 20th position on one of my focused keyword it stays there for 2-3 days and then its nowhere in SERP. I don't know what happened maybe it was a penalty because all the content is copied.

Please Help and Let me know if there are any suggestions to rank a quotes website.

Don't panic. It recovers to some of the days.
 
Google fucked everything up in May then they fucked everything up some more in June.

One can only imagine Google continues the 2020 fuckup into July and August. Expect more updates.

I honestly can't find anything in these SERPs.

First of all is sounds like dance.

This being said it is a bad idea to make a site with copied content and expect it to rank well.

If as you said 100% of the content is copied, google knows that, and as they know you are not an original source, they will not rank you high anyway. I know it is tough for a quote site to be original, so try to add your content around the quotes to be more unique.
 
Get google search console. If there is a penalty they tell you there. But it pretty normal for a new site. I launched a new site 2 months ago and i am still in the not even in the 200s. It depends on the niche you tried out. I would only care if your keyword is a local knitting club in alaska and you would still not rank there. So keep calm and wait. Do some more work on content and linkbuilding and the show will start in some weeks.
 
If its new site it pretty normal for fluctuations in the ranking.

Be calm, try to make it unique content that adds value to the user, this will help to recover.
 
This certainly seems like the google dance, check your webmaster tools for any info on a penalty.
