Hello BHW fellows, I've made a new site a week ago, added content to it, but the crawl rate is super low it's like 3 days behind of what i post. How can I improve my crawl rate for this website? (Backlinks or post more content)

Social media can help to drive traffic to your site and increase the frequency of crawling

That's one of the best ways.

Get links from places that are crawled often.

Sitemap submission is also viable.

You can even manually crawl and submit page for indexing. This is longer and tedious process but very effective. Especially if you have only few pages.
 
Hi. To increase the speed of this, you need to strengthen the site. For example, you can get a link or you can attract visitors from social media. Also, site speed is very important. Check your site speed on Pagespeed and if there are any problems, fix them as soon as possible.

I read that it will penalize your site and that your posts will be deindexed after some time if the indexing api is used.

I've not seen that myself. Perhaps if the content is low quality.
 
To increase traffic on your website and increase your income, try adding more content to your website

Sharing your posts in Social media can help to drive traffic to your site and crawled more often and try Sitemap submission is also good because you have only few pages.
 
A sitemap is a file that tells Google about the pages on your website. You can submit your sitemap to Google Search Console by going to the "Sitemaps" section and adding the URL of your sitemap.
 
Create more unique high research contents and do more social book marking , you will get index soon
 
Hello, My suggest is not only you many new lauch website owners face the same issues. If you use shared hosting this the matter. If you write AI contnet this is also a big factor. Internal link also a technical factor too. If you have any of the major issue kindly fix it soon. After fix the issue if you dont can see the result. Kindly add a Google instant API index and share your website on social media and make some foundation backlinks.
