Does anyone know roughly how long is the interval for Google crawl. I just realize even i have update my site for a week but google SERP doesn't show updated information such as title and description.

How long is your site running it depends on it. If you think that you have gone through that time then you should contact with the authorities.

Your site's crawl rate is realtive, dependent upon its authority and the average rate with which you add content over time. For example, let's call your site "site A" and another site in your niche "site B". Let's further say that "site B" is more authoritative than yours, but you both add content at the same basic rate; in this example, "site B" will be crawled and updated in SERPs prior to yours until your site's authority matches, or exceeds, "site B's".

It is also dependent upon things entirely outside of your control, such as the availability of Googlebot relative to other happenings on the Internet that take precedence over crawling and subsequently updating your site in SERPs.

If it has only been a week, I wouldn't worry much; especially if GWT reads that your site is, in fact, regularly crawled.
