Google Core Web Vitals: Need help

Hi, my website is facing a huge challenge with Core Web Vitals. Now, I hired someone to do it but uses a plugin that charges a very high amount. This work was partially done and not professional enough. Is there any help I can get to fix this issue and google is dropping my keywords like flies. I have lost 90% of my keywords due to this challenge. any expert help or advice?
