Same, hit really hard and wait for results to stabilize. Then i will hit hard to regain my top spots

Some of my websites lost 80% of traffic, whilst others gained 100-200% more traffic.

I'm trying to see what's going on. I realize the websites ranking increasing all have very little or even no content on the pages.

I built myself a nice position on a long tail and after the upgrade everything went down ... From 40,000 traffic to 1,000. Ehhhh ...
