No SEO expert here, but I have two pretty solid websites built on 20-year-old domains, one being in Entertainment/Lists & another in health (Alcohol Support)

For the health one, I hardly see much of a change coming from Google, even on a killer domain, but I do see a lot more clicks from...

Duckduckgo,
Direct
Bing
Yahoo
Reddit

In that exact order.

Entertainment One did get a little boost, but not a lot.

Main traffic is still Bing, Duckduck followed by Google & Pinterest being close with each other.

Have gotten a bunch of review copies from backlinks on here, but wouldn't say it moved much.

Both sites are build for the reader, AI is used, but it's 5% if even that.

I did start getting traffic from ChatGPT, but it's still low on the list, and very close to Yahoo.

As a none SEO and purely paid marketer, I hope this half helps :)

On a side note, quite interesting to see traffic coming from AI it's not much but its around 15/20 unique a day.t

My last remaining blog, and soon to be first IWA, this site has doubled its projected revenue in the past 60-90 days, and has just kept growing through the last couple of updates.

In the second of our core update reviews, Google's June 2025 core update completed on the 17th July 2025 and appears to have stabilised. How did your sites do?
Any advice for those who tanked?
What was your strategy for that massive increase?
Was "super helpful content" your path to success as many SEO suggest?
Share in the thread below how this one went for you.
Unfortunately, after the June 2025 core update, my website saw a traffic drop of over 25%.
Despite maintaining consistent publishing and focusing on helpful content, it seems Google’s algorithm now favors different types of signals or content formats.
I'm currently reviewing my entire site structure, improving page speed, and refreshing outdated content to better align with user intent.
If anyone else experienced a similar decline, I’d really appreciate your insights or recovery tips.
Do you think “super helpful content” alone is no longer enough?

Noticed a small drop. Nothing too major, but rankings definitely shifted. Still Monitoring how it plays out.

All my sites are about the same overall, but the June 2025 core update seems to have improved rankings for some of my older, content-rich pages.

From my side a bit more quality of leads (more B2B agencies that are interested in reselling our services). In terms of quantity i think it was more or less the same.

I noticed some major changes on a few of my sites after the June core update. The traffic and rankings have been boosted. I'm sharing some screenshots below!

I see the traffic is still doing well. I have quite a few customers coming from my BHW.

For those whose sites experienced a decline, focusing on identifying and correcting possible issues like thin content or poor user experience is key. When handling a major traffic increase after the update, having valuable and relevant content can indeed help maintain or boost rankings. It's advisable to assess your site's performance and make necessary adjustments. Share your experiences and learn from others in the thread to get insights.

personally i dont see any difference for now, but i believe it might change soon. updates are always for the better things
