How would i know if my google console issues have been fixed or not is there anything specific in my account that will notify that its been fixed?

You should receive notification inside console and/or email.

WMT > (left tab) Indexing > Pages. Under "Why pages aren’t indexed", you will find which issues weren't fixed already.

When Google checks your repair on all URLs as well, you are going to get an email.
