Google.com / .co.uk page ranking help needed

guys currently I have page one ranking (pos 3 or 4) for my main key word on google.co.uk but flagging on .com
My website is on a .com on a US server, can you give me any ideas on what else I can do to help rank it up on the .com ?? Ps Yes I'm a Newbie ;)
