Google Chrome issue when using proxies

I have proxies for SB.
However somehow Chrome has become using thes proxies and all my searches are based on the proxy location. Also every time I start using Chrome, it askes to login to proxy server ?
How is that possible?

are your sure that you don't have stored the pass in firefox and that's why the firefox or the other browser doesn't ask for the user and the pass?
