Change your date and time to the current one on your device. Along with the timezone. I just hope so that you are not using XP since that OS will throw errors from this kind and browser update errors on almost every website.

I am using Windows 7. I tried Everything which is avilable on Internet. Time & Date, Delete All Browser History (Cache & Cookies), Setup Google DNS, Off Firewall and some othe things on Internet - But nothing helps.

It might be e missing file in the registries from where you got the Windows from. Try to download the latest update along with that security update. I think it was this one.

I have the same window in my all PC’s and my PC. In all other PC everything working fine, just problem with single PC. My PC runs on regular basis and we shut down after many days. Everything working fine and nothing new install, chrome was also working fine. But suddenly this happened and now this error showing with mostly all sites.
I also reinstall chrome not not soliton - also add code to ignore certificate issue but no solution.

I taught someone might find it useful so i am sharing it here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=45633. Download and install this update. After that restart your Windows. The ssl error should disappear.
Note: It only works with Windows 7/ X64 but you can test it on x32 platform as well.
