Google Cheating

Hey everybody , recently I have found a software that cheating Google analytic . Have tested this software for a 3 month - promoted 3 web sites all of them were on 200+ position
for now three of them are in a Top 10 . Any chance Google see this cheating as a legal activity . I'm setting up this bot to browse the web site URL + 5 more pages (surf depth) , setting up
browse time so they stay on a web site for about 5-10 minutes . Setting up refferers as Google search and Facebook .
If this system is working for a 3 months do you thing Google will ban me soon ?

Many people have been using stuff like this for years. If you are seeing ranking changes it is because you ARE LOGGED INTO your google account or have web history turned on.

They are updating constantly, but you can constantly update your software too...numbers are not at your side, but that doesn't meant you can't win few battles.
