Google Cash Sniper- Link wheel question

Hi Guys,

I have been watching the videos from Chris Fox's Google Cash sniper, he basically makes a link wheel linking from the main wordpress blog to wetpaint, squidoo etc

i was wondering:

He has about 6 web 2.0 properties interlinking, do i need to put a fresh article on each blog? or can i use my 1 unique hand written article for them all? (i know it's dupe content but it would be my own unique article a opposed to one where 1000's of people might have used)

1) my landing page AND to the next blog?
2) Should the anchor text on all blog articles be the same?

To your money site should be the same.
To the next blog should be differnt

so.. in the end of rewriter article we post the link to our main site and the link to other properties. is that correct?

So:

"money site keyword" - > always links to money site
"web 2.0 keywords" - > links to the next property on the wheel
