Google cardboard Is it possible ?!

Is there any way to play normal android apps with google cardboard in VR experience ?
Since there is some apps that let you stream your pc games to your android and enjoy vr experience with google cardboard, is there any way to play say like gta sanandreas (android version) with vr experience too ?
