Google cant verify identity

i tried 20+ numbers but it says always
This phone number cannot be used for verification.
i tried my number, friends, family and buyed virtual numbers but its not accepting.
what i need to do please help me

its only accept phone number and google voice is same it not accepting.

Consider using a paid virtual number service like Burner or Hushed, as these are more likely to be accepted by Google for verification. If issues persist, reaching out to Google support for direct assistance is recommended.
 
I tried replacing another account, it was really good experience, I recommend you to try using it
 
Give the account a few days rest and log back in again I had the same problem with a Google account which had a YouTube channel on it
 
Same issue. Phone number works and they accepted it but they refuse to let me into my account. No alternative ways to signin other than previous device and I no longer have access to that device. Have access to phone number and recovery email but that isn't enough/
