Google is rejecting my health care campaign for the reason that it doesn't follow their tos like it's kind of forbidden products but wtf theyre just creams for skin, on fb no issue but on google it takes all that shit

yeah google more strict with health related products especially if the landing page ad copy makes treatment or medical claims. normal skin creams can trigger restricted product policies depending on the ingredients and wording.

I’ve dealt with this a few times — Then audit ingredients + words like “treat”, “cure”, “acne”, “eczema” or before/after claims across the ad AND landing page.

Usually the trigger becomes pretty obvious once you know which layer Google flagged. If you share the exact policy rejection, we can probably point you in the right direction.

had the same issue with skincare stuff not long ago. what helped me — i completly removed any "before/after" images and reworded the copy so it doesnt mention any specific conditions. like instead of "helps with acne" just go with "cleaner looking skin" or smth like that. google flags even ingredients sometimes so double check that too. also make sure your landing page doesnt have any of those trigger words bargainbed mentioned, google crawls the whole page not just the ad
