Hello to All Respected members.

I want to know that What is Google caffeine. Normally I read all about Google Caffeine but still I have full of confusion about this topic, so can anybody explain me about this.
And does it will effect my PR?

Just go to Google or Matt Cutts' blog.

Or just Google it.

There is more than enough info on it if you spent 30 secs to look.

If i had to brush through google, then what was the need of asking this question here...
I just wanted to know, anybody know exact points about it...

Google caffeine = new google algorithm = update version of Google.

You should read about it to know more about how it works, rather than asking about it first. BUT let me assist you a little bit.

Caffeine is their codename for improving the relevancy of pages that they serve in the SERPs, so no as long as you weren't G bombing you will be fine.
