i have problem with my google business verification i now i can verify by email or sms but its not work on all the categoris some one now how to get verification by mail or by phone?

Make them call you back, you can request a call back for questions not covered by the supports docs. I had good talks with them, one time they offered me to send an photo verfication for a local business i added.
So there are some ways for verification that aren't broadly offered
