So lets say one company has 3 separate google+ listings. Basically there is one listing for the business as a whole then two other pages under the names of the two people working there.

The main listing has two bad reviews and the other two have no reviews. Looking at the traffic numbers in the dashboard the main page gets over 1000+ impressions but the other two only 20 or so.

What would happen if I suspend the listing with the bad reviews and edited one of the other pages to become the new Google+ page?

Or should I make all three active and change the names for SEO purposes? They're concern was the bad reviews.

Why are you making a Google+ page? Shouldn't you make a Google Local page?

Just fuse all into one (unless you want to drive traffic to the other locations).

even if you create a new page, the data gets merged. Those reviews will end up following you whether you like it or not. The best thing to do is add some more reviews.

Thats not the case. They have had these three separate pages for years. Same address, same everything, except the business name. they've been separate and never merged.

google + is google places is google local

Having more than one business page is actually against the TOS, so you may have some problems down the road.

Sorry a little off topic, but what did you use to track the # of impressions?

its right in the places for business dashboard. tells you impressions and clicks

So you recommend removing the extra listings? If so, will removing the one with bad reviews (the one with most impressions) the better option? Will the lone new page eventually take over those impressions?

It depends on whether or not the other listings are for people that actually have their business license. If they do and operate under their business license but as a part of the company then you should leave them. Do the listings have the same title? If so then you are tripped up on the listings and this will hurt your rankings. I would also not make any changes to title of the main listing that you are going to do SEO on. This could potentially get your clients listing penalized and possibly removed by Google. The title should read the exact business name and you should also build your citations to match. Also work on getting real reviews for your client. (1 review from someone is real and left reviews for other businesses is worth 5 that have not left any reviews.)

Also for the other people that have the negative reviews. Sell them Rep. Management as a one shot clean up.

the extra listings are either of the doctor's name or "business name" - Doctors Name.

Change the listing titles so it is only doctors names on the other two and then charge them for rep management. It shouldn't act as a double or triple listing even if they have the same address. Have had this before in the past with multiple businesses at the same address and had no trouble ranking.
