Google Business: 1 strong listing VS multiple listings

Hi there,
I'm trying to rank a notary's office on Google which is part of a law officed. Also, they also got a sub-company that does media production. But these three all belong to the same parent company.

Would you create one business listing for all together and pile up as many reviews and ratings for it as possible, or should I create 3 seperate listing for each company?

Currently, we only need to rank the Google Places listing for the notary's office, the other two are mainly being searched by their exact name.

If the companies are not is the same business category they probably won't show up for the same search terms. So you should optimize probably just focus on the one that is in the notary category if you want it to rank for notary keywords.

Thanks for your reply. But should I create three business listings (one for notary, one for law office, one for media production) or just one single business listing?

If they have a different name then yes. If they have the same name and the same adress it's a more difficult question. You should read what google writes about it, I'm not really sure.
