Some pages on my website haven't been visited by GoogleBot in a week. The rankings are going down and what should I do to get GoogleBot to visit?

Add new content? They should expect to come to your site every few days or weeks and hopefully find something new. Thats why some sites get google visits daily and others don't. They haven't provided a good enough reason to google.

Here's the page. I'm constantly adding posts and no updates, any good ideas? I'm constantly uploading related content

Then it might be site age, and or quality of posts or topic type, room to speak. Those are the different factors that make my sites get crawled every day couple of days, (the ones that don't are under contented)
Give it time, it will come, a week isn't a long time especially since there are updates happening core wise

You can share the links on various social media platforms, Also create some quality backlinks to those pages.

If you're adding posts but not seeing updates, try improving internal linking, updating older content, and promoting posts on social media. Make sure your site is fast and mobile-friendly, check for crawl errors in Google Search Console, and ensure your posts match user intent to encourage indexing.

You can use the URL Inspection tool in Google Search Console to index problematic pages.

Add backlinks to the affected pages, update their content, and resubmit the sitemap to Google Search Console. This will encourage GoogleBot to revisit and prioritize these pages.

You should build backlinks for these pages in order to force the google bot to visit them.
