google blackhat campaign

hey guys, I am not going to ask what specific method that can be used to pass Google's review when it comes to blackhat campaign
I am just curious if anyone has a nearly 100% success rate when creating blackhat campaign
or simply trying luck by creating massive accounts, and adding the campaign like crazy?
(because there might always be some approved campaign when the number is large)
I guess there might be a certain way to pass the review but I am not sure

Most popular method or rather strategy for running blackhat campaigns (in Google Ads), is cloaked campaigns, along with using a cloaker. Hello, thank you for the reply. actually, I have read the content from the section you recommended, the content is very helpful, and I have a successful account running Blackhat campaign for 3 days, but I am frustrated because I still can not make my blackhat campaign approved every time, even with the same method.
