Google Black Hat Ads: The Warmup Method

When running BH ads on Google especially on new accounts there are specific steps you need to know in order to run a successful campaign

Actually I never recommend to run BH ads on a fresh account. Old accounts are better. But if you have fresh accounts and need to warm them up then this might be of help to you.

You can also buy old accounts that have no history. They usually are cheaper but if they have no history you'll have to do some work on them before being able to run your black hat ads. I'd suggest 2 year old accounts.

Step 1, Anti Detect Browser.

You'll have to log in to your account using an anti detect browser. From which you'll be able to connect a proxy. The country of the proxy should always be the same as the Google account but I am sure that is something 99.99% of people on this forum know so I am not going to elaborate on that.

Step 2, Browse the account a little bit

You'll have to browse the account a little bit. Check its settings, etc. If you need to change your payment methods you can do it but be careful because if the account doesnt have any history it may lead to a suspension which is why I would advise against doing so RIGHT AWAY.

Step 3, Let the account sleep for 3 days

Don't log in to the account for 3 days.

Step 4, Log in to your account and set a random campaign up (white hat)

Let it run for 1 week and always be active on the account. Spending a few $ a day is OK since it is just a random campaign.

Step 5, shut the campaign down and create another one.

Same thing for 1 week.

Step 6, Stop the campaign.

Step 7, launch a new campaign for 1 more weeks and adjust the settings/targeting every day.

Step 8, pause the campaign and shut it down after a few days.

You'll waste some money on stupid campaigns/tests but thatt's worth it.

Once that's done you'll be able to consider the account as warmed up.

Let the account sleep for a few weeks. Log in to it regularly. Do not touch anything.

You can start running your BH ads, so long as you have a good cloaking setup and know how to handle everything.

Cloak your first BH campaign and shut it down yourself after 1 week. Never let it run more than 1 week even if you get good results and no suspensions.

Repeat the same process 3 times.

For 3 weeks.

And from there the account will start getting some trust.

Obviously that's not an amazing method but most of the time it works in terms of warm up.

Warmup only helps if everything stays consistent, same country, same device footprint, same details, slow budget ramps, and a compliant landing and offer. “Random” campaigns will not protect you if you later flip settings or do cloaking, you can lose the account and the payment profile.

To reduce login flags, keep a stable IP in the right country, mobile proxies help when your network changes a lot, but they will not override policy compliance.

What does also work : No warm up : Straightaway create and run the BH campaign, on a realistic CPC (not high) and realistic daily budget (not high): Let the Google Ads account get suspended (it will get suspended right away) : Appeal the suspension : If the ad text, keywords are well disguised, if the white landing page appears compliant and if the cloaker is good, then the chances to account reactivation is 80% to 90%. So, if account gets reactivated. Then do your thing.

month of warmup just to get fucked after 2 impressions cause you used wrong keyword in ad copy or wrong keyword in general, you people put way too much thinking into this

If you use cloaking and the right tools and methods, you have less chance of getting banned.. albeit not 100% . But when people get banned it's mainly due do stupid mistakes. No, the warm up is not a step to neglect.
