Google: Big fluctuations and ranking different pages, Help

Hi guys,

Not sure what this is, but our website is fluctuating heavily in the Google Serps:

Does anybody know how this is possible? It seems the inner page are stronger, but somehow Google still prefers to index the other pages. Why and how to solve this?
I have not 1 page in Top 100.

There are several update threads floating around.

It seems like there's stalled data in analytics and tools too, so hang in there, it's probably just the NSA upgrading their hardware.
