I've seen this related to email use. Do you have any emails created using the domain name that have been spamming either comments or emails themselves.
It's a recent thing I've noticed. Not sure how Google knows email addresses are being spammed to 3rd part in boxes, and it's only a theory so far as I've only seen 2 or 3 examples of where this seems to be the only reason why link deleting could have been caused.
Not Gmail accounts either in all cases they were email accounts made with Cpanel and the sites domain name. Are Google sharing info with one of the large email spy services?
If so "Big Brother" is taking liberties.
