OK so my acc got banned after like 3 days cloaking. is it OK if i create new, with same CC? also is it normal that a ban happens after 3 days? or people run cloakers several days without bans?

No you can't reuse the same CC again also have to use another lander now, and yeah there's people running for weeks & months with cloaker just depends how aged & warmed up your account is

Yes, if you are churning & burning Google Ads threshold accounts, then the SAME card (vcc) can successfully travel through 3 to 5 threshold Google Ads accounts, PROVIDED the account creation method is solid.
Using a cloaker, a ban (Google Ads account suspension) happening in 3 days or 3 seconds or 3 minutes or 3 months, has to do with 2 factors : 1) The cloaker not getting detected by the algorithms of Google Ads, and 2) Even if the cloaker does NOT get detected by the algorithms of Google Ads (hence the cloaker is great), if you do something shitty with a running campaign, then obviously there would be an account suspension.
Many people still (quite strangely) think that by merely using a cloaker, a campaign in Google Ads becomes "shit-proof". In reality, even if you are using the best cloaker possible, a shitty campaign or a running campaign in which some shitty changes are done, will obviously result in an account suspension. Or, for example, in a running campaign, one does some shitty changes to the landing page, it will obviously result in an account suspension.
Non-shitty changes are fine, but shitty changes will result in account suspensions.
Here, "shitty" & something shitty" refers to something that is considered as shitty, by the algorithms of Google Ads.
To differentiate between shitty and non-shitty changes in a Google Ads campaign or in a landing page, it is TOTALLY SELF-EXPLANATORY in nature. One who cannot understand this, needs to just quit Google Ads and move on ...

You should have at least only cloak 60% of the traffic initially for the first few days. Don't rush it

In my experience, I cannot use the same CC with different account. From the second time I put the CC to other account, its suspended as suspicious payment. I don't know why I cannot get it right even though I'm plan to pay Google and I put enough money on CC.
As for the account suspension, it depends on the cloaking tool and cloaking setup you have. Safe page will also be the biggest factor for the account suspension. I have a cloaked campaign on Google ads for atleast a month now.

Account ban " cloaker ban " yes..but who knows when they review it... i made new account...
hmm i cant controll that....i bought the cloaker ready with WH landingpage....
hmm i tried new acc and i havent got suspended yet..lets se.. =/
thats long! maybe my safe page is bad? i dont know...what cloaker do u have?
