Google Ban Question.

https://www.yolcukart.com.tr/ It was registered in 2016 but it is still not on Google.
What can be the problem? Is the site banned on Google?

Do site:yolcukart.com.tr, it's indexed in google... you are not banned. Otherwise check search console if you have any penalty
