Google authorship in blog

Hey mates,

Is it good to add Google authorship link to blog post?

As per my strategy i implement these following terms to my blog.

1. Create copyscape passed content with keyword 3-4 times used, 500 words.
2. Money Making keyword:A link to my website hyper linked using the keyword
3. Referral link:To Niche related Wikipedia link
4. Social integration:Facebook, twitter, G+
5. Image:A image from the website with link to it.
6. Video:Create a video, upload it to YouTube, with proper description and embed it to the blog

What else i need to add to the blog and what not.
Kindly let me know.
