Google APPS email problem

I need someone to sort this out ,


I have a server which runs a PHP based Email client which is connected to Google Apps
which we use to send and receive Emails .




Due to size limitations in Gmail we have to periodically delete the messages from Gmail.




The problem is when email is deleted from Gmail it will not be acessable in Mail client .




So i am willing to take a backup server for Emails from Gmail , But how to connect them to
Current email client to make the Google Apps working as usual .








If someone has an idea to do it , I am willing to pay

stay away from google apps email
we use them before but they just have unsolved problems...
like internal email (same domain) go to spam
group email don't work
images sent in email body and not ass attachment sent out as code

and google apps support is the same like google act in any service... they just don't give a fuck!!

no one answer tickets
no one know anything
no managers to talk with

just fucked up service all around.
stay away from google apps!!!
