In normal case, You can't get those reviews removed easily. Either you can try to flag them and hope for the best, OR you have to fight legally with solid proof that those reviews are fake. The best you can do is push them down by getting some positive reviews and improve your ratings. Make sure you don't create a pattern of positive reviews coming as it will raise red flags.

Removing reviews from Google chances are less than 10%. But if you can explain or have solid proof of that reviews are fake then it is possible. Reviews can be removed but it all depends on the proof, content and profile of the reviewer.
