When google bots crawls through your backlinks page. It's upto Google algorithm to keep or leave it.

All the game depends upon Google Crawling Bots and if you wanna index your back-links fast then join some paid subscription of back-links indexing services such as Lindexed, backlinksindexer etc and also ping your back-links until Google index them.

all the GOD is google so when you get correct backlink and when the spiders roll apart you will get a backlink counted
