I have a silly question about Google Analytics vs. stats in say HostGator.
I know that Hostgator picks up on traffic from the SERPS, etc, but why is there ALWAYS such a difference between Analytics and HostGator?
This came up because I'm flipping a site and was using the traffic from HostGator and when someone wanted to see the analytics it was WAY off!
Does Google Analytics need to be installed on each page of the site or something??
