there's nothing to guide on, you just read the title of the forums and create your thread in the forum that best matches the intent of your thread. For example, the image you posted looks like a meme, so I would probably have put it in the Lounge forum because it's meant to be a joke / rant, it's not a business-oriented thread.

Anyway, the mods will probably move there, so no worries...
