Can anyone suggest me how can i track guest links? Suppose I have site that is http://www.abc.com, when anyone come to my site and click a button he will go http://www.xyz.com.

In this time how can I track my visitors?

There are ample of click trackers available. Search google and you shall find plenty of them.
If you need one for free, setup google analytics.

Is your website wordpress? If so, sumome plugin is free, and has a heat map which shows where visitors click on your site, and another that shows how much of each page they read
