Can someone share how close your organic visits data is to Google Webmaster Tools' Search Query's "clicks" data?

I've found that my Google Analytics' organic visits data is usually 27% higher than Search Query's "clicks" data.

There are differences between methods they are using because also there is a difference between server logs and google analytics too.

GWT is useless. It doesn't give any point of reference on how effective SEO is and what keywords are bringing the traffic. I'd be surprised, if Google after switching off the organic keywords data in Analytics would make it easier for SEOs to analyze anything related to search engine optimization in general.

I don't think that GWT is useless. After the "not provided keywords" update, this is almost the only place you can track your organic keywords.

The keywords GWT is showing you. In case of tracking keywords rank trackers are the tools of choice.
