Google Analytics multiple account

Hey all, i would like to test the performance of a google analytics account and see if the data i'm getting is legit or something is wrong, so i was thinking to make another google analytics account and add a new tracking code to the site and compare them.

is it possible to do this without confusing the first tracking code?

Ps: i use ahrefs and semrush they both gave me pretty similar organic traffic results but not the same as what i get from google analytics.
