im promoting one my page on fb ads 2 weeks now in testing mode
and was happy , that every day i see 20-25% returning visitors, until i figured out that clicks on FB ads = number of visitors in Google Analytics
76 clicks = 76 visitors , but 17 of them are Returning visitors.
i stopped the ads yesterday and didnt see any returning traffic at all, but usually there was around 20 returning users daily
it means GA was showing every 4th NEW person as Returning visitor.
but why? they should not have a cookie, and they were not bots from FB - i saw they were browsing my site well
