Google Analytics is different from Slimstat

Hey Black hatters..

I'm in need of some expert help.

I've noticed that in the back area of my blog, Google Analytics reports 700 visits over the past 30 days, however slimstat says about 130 people a day..

Which one do I trust, and why are they so different??

I've never heard of Slimstat before, how similar is it to Google Analytics?

It's heaps better. It's a free plugin in wordpress. But they just tell me like massively different results. I tend to trust slimstat more I think.. You can get it for free now..

I don't know about slimstat but as far my knowledge and experience concern google anyalytics is the best for analyzing traffic of your site.Whatever analytics show that are approx true.

I would trust Google Analytics in this case... Never used Slimstat.

Really?? Ah damn. The google analytics results are worse than my slimstat ones..

Chances are Slimstat are recording spiders as visitors and analytics are only counting "real" visitors.
