So I took the plunge to switch over to the GA 4. Unlike the Universal GA that shows you real-time metrics as the 'last 5 minutes, this GA 4 is messed up by showing real-time metrics as 'last 30 mins'. I was like, fck! 30 mins latency and you call it real-time? Like seriously?

So this looks like an inaccurate measure of real-time data now. I want to see visitors as they land and go within 5 mins. On Search Engine Land, I read an article about how Google doesn't plan to correct the inaccurate real-time bug in Universal Analytics GA3. Rather they resorted to fixing it by introducing the 30 min latency in GA4. I call this "using shit to fix shit" because it's defeated the definition of "real-time" since NOTHING is real-time about 30 mins. Lol. Maybe it's time you may want to ditch the entire GA for good. I found an alternative (Yandex Metrica) which is 1 million times better than GA IMO but I haven't found an alternative that shows real-time data. Not even Metrica as of now.

Looking for a real-time Analytics that has an Android app or at least a WordPress plugin to show the stats in the WordPress admin Dashboard.

I change the timezone setting to match my real timezone, but the traffic report given by GA4 is always late between 12-24 hours from my timezone.
