Hi, anyone here expert in Google Analytics?

How will I do this task?

1. review analytics keyword data
2. review google keywords suggest data
3. determine keyword list - split into 1st, 2nd, 3rd tier
4. organise keywords into a new site architecture - topic based navigational structure

And how will I create a report for this?

I'm really having a problem, I have no idea on how to tier keywords on google analytics

Some of your questions are a little difficult to understand and in general, detailing how to do other parts is a lot of work. I can try and provide some insight.

To review Google analytics keyword data:
-log into your analytics account
-go to traffic sources -> overview (the default metric will be keywords)
-You can also view keywords used to find your site by going to traffic sources -> search engine optimization -> queries. (note that to use this, you must link your analytics account with your webmaster tools account.
For reviewing suggested keyword data, I'm not really sure what you mean by this. Keywords in the analytics and webmaster tools reports are the actual keywords that visitors used to find your site or where a link to your site was displayed in SERP's.
You can however use the Google Adwords keyword tool to see suggested keywords.

For splitting keywords into a tiered list, I'm not sure what you mean by this either. Are you talking about just organizing keywords based on importance or are you asking what words should be used as anchor text in a tiered linking strategy.

For organizing your keywords into site architecture, you will want to optimize one page per keyword. That phrase should be in title tags, meta descriptions, headers and copy of the page.
