edit - I put this in the wrong section... opps

I saw a forum post on a different forum and I was hoping I can get an answer on an expert on the topic.

****** I feel is delivering all views. If you pay $5 for 5k visitors, you get 5 k visitors. I've been advertising on ****** and getting tons of leads so I feel they are delivering views acutely.

Someone told me that their google analytics begs to differ. Google is saying that only 723 visitors visited this person site when he ordered 5k people.

My guess is analytics might not be picking up on all the views due to how ****** ads are promoted which is though entry scripts or a link going to ******. Perhaps google isn't counting these for some reason.

any thoughts?

I've seen a couple people advertising their youtube videos. But sometimes it just won't load fast enough for some people. You can skip the ad in 5 seconds.

no one knows?

if you get visits from row ip's ...for example 10 row ip's from the same provider visit your site .. .google analytics count them 1. So maybe their system use lot's inrow ip's.

Can you elaborate? What do you mean by "row ip's?"
