Google analytics and Webmaster query

We have multiple websites in Google Analytics and Google Webmaster. They all have different business and not linked to each other. Is it fine if they all are in same Gmail Google analytics and webmaster account.

There's nothing to ellaborate on. They can just be in the same account and period! Been having my sites in the same GSC and GA accounts for more than a decade, haven't had an issue with any of them. I don't know what to ellaborate on :)

We go against google guidelines to bring result on our websites. If google band any one of our website. Will it effect other websites too bcoz theyre in same GSC and GA

Yep, different properties, as long as you do not do something stupid like using the same PBNs to more more than 1 project that is in the same GSC, you will be fine. If you are doing this - better to keep them separate, just in case.
