Its so weird that Google analytics is showing inaccurate data I do not know what happen but the script is running well and daily visits are tracked. I've been using two different platforms to tracked my visitors of my client so far I love how Piwik works but for Google analytics cases, things are different. I compared the monthly traffic and both has different results. I rely on piwik analytics because it shows the IP addresses of the visitors and the queries for looking my clients website. I hope for more improvements of piwik analytics. Thanks for reading.

It's pretty normal for analytics systems to not match up. If you installed five different stats systems, you'll probably get slightly different stats from some of them. I've never figured out why that is. You have Piwik and Google Analytics now, but if you installed a server log you'll probably find yet another set of data.

Generally people agree that Google Analytics is quite accurate. It's the standard in the industry that people use to gauge buying and selling sites, so it's probably as accurate as you're going to get.

Google Analythics is based on javascript to track visits. Many people don't want to use javascript in their browsers or are not able to use javascript (mobile browsers for example).

Mobile browsers Support Javascript just fine. Robots, however, don't usually execute Javascript, so google analytics doesn't include spiders and whatnot that you're server log picks up. Just people, or at least that's what it's supposed to do.
