Can someone pls tell me if there is any good analytics like sotfware, that does a job in real time and gives precise statistics?

Along with Analytics I use Statcounter which is excellent!

You can also check out sitemeter :)
 
Piwik is an excellent REAL TIME tool.....

I maintain several of these systems and they're rock solid and provide excellent information.

Just one more question, are those for free?
 
Piwik is Open Source Software, but you do have to have a server to run it on.
