I mean the last 30 mins for realtime data? This part of it has been the most annoying for me since the GA4 launch. Google, how?

I know right, I miss the old Universal Analytics
 
When you expect next version of something will be better, you get GA4 instead......
 
Totally agreed. Old GA can easily see lot of information. in GA4, all gone.
 
Hahaha Seriously,
I don't know anyone noticed or not but it GA4 is showing less data as compare to UA.

Have you found any better alternative that doesn't lie about realtime data yet? Cos I just can't wrap my head around what's realtime about "30 mins" which is far from realtime. Makes me wonder, were the Google employees drunk or high when implementing these rules to roll out? Before, it used to be 5 mins until they ruined it in GA4.
 
Yeah, Google really wanted to shit on us this year. Updates that tanked almost all small/medium sites and this terrific "improvement" of Analytics. You gotta love SEO nowadays!
 
the real-time data in GA4 is less robust and reliable than it was in Universal Analytics. This is likely due to the fact that GA4 is still under development. However, Google has said that they are working to improve the real-time data in future releases.

If you need realtime data, I would better suggest to use Matomo. It's free in that sense. For other aspects lik funneling or Heatmaps things go a little crazy in price, but for basic metrics and real-time it has no competitors.

GA has been shit for so long, but they really did outdid themselves lol.

remember the days when GA used to show you all your keywords properly and ISPs of site visitors? ah how i wish those days still exist
