I don't think if someone already discussed this, but I am really in need of some help!

I am facing an issue with analytic since a few weeks analytic is not showing me accurate traffic, CMS is weekly. If I am gonna check traffic stats in Weebly it showing me 1-2k weekly but somehow analytic stats say, 100-120 visitors weekly. One more thing, around 50+ products already being solved on a daily base, which proves analytic is not showing real traffic data. We're selling products on weekly pay and we already rank higher in the UK.

Kindly let me know what I am missing and how I can resolve this issue.

Thanks

Just guessing, but might be that majority of your users have ad-block enabled, and it blocks completely analytics, and probably weebly just shows you more bot traffic, because analytics is better at filtering bot traffic from real traffic.

I used to enable my adblock but analytic is trackable the real-time traffic, even I visited the site from different browsers view different IPs, but don't know why my users are not trackable.

Weebly track views and unique visitors by IP Address. Google Analytics does it by setting a cookie. (30 mins to be exact)

Cookies are known to under count visits, since they might be disabled or otherwise blocked (like mentioned above - the use of adblock), they may not expire between visits taken to the site over multiple days, or the visitor may leave the page before the cookie is processed.

Meanwhile, IP tracking can over count since automated visits are included and some ISPs assign roving IPs to their customers that change constantly.
In general, the exact number of unique human visitors is somewhere towards the middle, between Weebly and Google.

These aren't flaws in either Weebly's or Google's stats, it's just that there will always be differences between server stats and third-party stats.

Hope that helps!

Thanks for the details response! I can't regret your point about cookies but somehow drop in analytic happens suddenly, I am getting most from Social, Direct & Organic, even organic traffic on 1st place in analytic. Within a day site traffic has been dropped from 150 to 10, it can be because of cookies or ad-block? I am not sure but need to know if something I missed.
