Google Always on My Website?

    Hi
    Just curious is it "rare" to have google not always on your site for example I just published an article 3 minutes ago on one of my sites and it's already indexed..

    I guess it's a good sign (I don't update frequently )

    Anyone else get this?

    I'm guessing you have a plugin that notifies google about updates. Probably pinging their servers to announce the new post or something similar.

    If it's a wordpress blog then it pings after every post.
    Also if you have XML sitemap, it'll notify google and other SE after every new update.

    it's a good sign. maybe you have adsense as well?
