Can anyone tell me how does google algorithm work? How does a website gets crawled and listed in SERP's?

Google focuss on two main points; On page SEO & Off Page SEO

1. Submit your site to SEs

2*. focuss on On page optimization: Unique contents with well keyword density, sitemap, robots.txt file, interal linking, image alt tag, use plug-in if you are WP like all in one sep pack, seo pressor...

3*. Off page optimization: Creating quality backlinks like those from high pr site, wiki, edu, gov. Using the combined site/tool of social bookmarking like onlywire, social bookmark demon. Submit RSS feed with bulkping or other tools. Besides, you can running scrapebox in daily or weekly basis.

Only Google have the working algorithm. A very close approach is the latest version of IBP.

Any way read the forum and find the best link building method. Slowly make links to your site. Now a days social interaction have more value.
