Hello everyone,

Please my site was dropped down on serp after this already completed Google update, so I want to ask, will indexing my posts manually again help to bring back my site?

I have spend so much time building that site and I really need it back as much as I can.

Please your suggestion is welcome.

Sometimes sites will bounce back some time after a drastic drop off. I'm not sure it's a good idea to take radical action right away as it might look manipulated and hurt your site even more.

I'm definitely not much of an authority on SEO, but I'd say a radical drop off in ranking is not simply an indexing issue.

What's important is not to overreact now because you are worried and stressed as you could make the issue worse if you don't take the right action. SEO is a long game, so allow yourself some time for proper analysis and planning.

You mean I shouldn't be reindexing the posts again?

How can I trust someone who just joined this forum 8 days ago coming to my DM to message me? This looks like a scam

Edited:

When I search my site this way, site:url, my posts are still intact but when I search using keywords I can't find them anymore. Please your suggestions are needed

How old was the website ?

Reindexing might help a bit, but focus on improving content quality and fixing any SEO issues. Google updates reward helpful, trustworthy sites.

Sorry to hear that. Manual indexing might help a little, but if it’s an update hit, you’ll need to audit content, backlinks, and site quality too.

I totally understand how annoying that drop can be. Manually re-indexing your posts might help a bit if there were crawling issues but it likely won’t reverse the full impact of a Google update
I’d suggest reviewing your content quality, internal linking, and checking if competitors improved in areas you might’ve missed. Also, make sure no technical issues or poor content pages are dragging your site down
Stay consistent because recovery is possible with the right steps

What kind of content have you been publishing? It seems there's much to know before any suggestion could work for you.

Check if anything technical changed like speed or crawlability. Sometimes it just takes a few weeks post update for things to stabilize.

Manual indexing might help, but first check search console for issues like manual actions or crawl errors Fix content quality and technical seo, then resubmit sitemap

It’s unlikely that manual indexing alone will fix the drop. Google updates usually target content quality, E-E-A-T, or site structure. I’d suggest reviewing your content, internal links, and backlinks first, then reindex important pages after improvements. Hope it recovers soon!

Something similar happened to my websites.

I would suggest that you focus on backlinks.

Update the dates of the posts on the site, and if possible, update the backlinks as well, I think this will help.
