my domain got many traffic drop and also plenty of my old domain got email about major spam problems, althoug my domain is already old and only used for redirect

Yes, there was definitely an update. Their guidelines got updates too but no official word as far as I know.

I woke up thinking my analytics was broken, But It appears there was a Google Update yesterday.
 
my domain got some spamming backlink from unknown source, can my domain got spam indication because of it?

I don't believe that's true any more. If it was true, anyone could easily do negative SEO on any website by just spamming it with thousands of bad (porn/casino/etc) links. I believe Google simply ignores bad backlinks, so I won't bother with disavowing them. Too much work, and I don't think Google even uses the disavow information anyway.
 
While Google does devalue low-quality or spammy backlinks, disavowing them can still be useful in certain cases to ensure they don't impact your site's rankings, especially if they're part of an aggressive negative SEO attack.
